Please be certain to include contact number, desired style, size and length as well as hair color upon booking.
- Please note that we require at least 3 inches of hair for most styles.
- +$25 service fee for hair under three inches but not less than one inch - Please reach out if you aren't sure.
- While we love a full head; thick hair is subject to a +$25 fee for additional braiding hair provided and slight increase in service time.
- Ombré is an additional +$40 only offered for lower back lengths and longer.
- 3 step Ombre is an additional $50 for waist length and longer. Please select your add on's when booking or text business number if desired/forgot to add on Additional service fee will be charged if changes are made at appointment time as opposed to upon booking.
- ALL color blends are $15.
- Late fees do apply after 10 minutes late, and appointment is cancelled after twenty min tardy.
- Clean detangled hair is required prior to arrival for all styles unless booking such add on services such as shampoo & blow out.
- Completion times of styles vary according to stylist availability upon booking.
- NO KIDS OR EXTRA GUEST ALLOWED IF NOT BEING SERVICED
A $40 nonrefundable deposit is required at time of booking which applies to your total service fee.
WE DO NOT MAKE LAST MINUTE SERVICE CHANGES UPON ARRIVAL TO AVOID INCONVENIENCING THE SCHEDULE IN PLACE. If client is allowed to do so, a +$20 fee will be added on for adjustments of the stylist assignments to ensure a further inconvenience isn’t placed on not only the stylist but the following clients service window.
ALL BALANCES ARE DUE BY ZELLE. NO CASH IS ALLOWED. If Zelle isn't an option, please reach out to receive a PAYPAL invoice, if balance is paid via PAYPAL, 5% Service fee will apply.

Dear Gorgeous Clients, we appreciate all your continued support and referrals, however we ask that you please allow at least 1-2hrs for all customer service inquiries to be replied via text.

Lastly, you are granted 5 days from the date of install to express any issues you have in regard to braid tightness or loosening. Please note that after that window we are still willing to come to a reasonable resolve but cannot take full responsibility for any mishaps based on one's inability to prevent wear and tear on their own hair such as the lack of proper night time wrapping or daily workout activities.
